My name is Sarah Good and I am a Registered Occupational Therapist in Ontario. As such, I have training in physical and mental health. I love the work that I do! Each day, I have the honour of visiting people in their homes or communities and learning about their lives. I get to hold people’s stories and help them live within their own values. Even though everyone that I work with is struggling with pain and challenging situations, I get to witness people taking control of their lives and making positive changes. I firmly believe that each individual needs to figure out what matters to him or her and live within those values, even when life throws unexpected chronic conditions at our way.

I live and work in Ottawa, Ontario. Both in my personal and professional life, I use nature and mindfulness meditation to bring calm and joy to each day! I often incorporate a walk into treatment sessions or lead a meditation.
